ABout Me

Hello! I'm Meg Mallory.

Nothing brings me greater joy than teaching a combined first/second class at Woodbury Elementary. Being an instructor and faciliator of learning is so rewarding. Inspiring wonder while providing support challenges me to create engaging lessons that will be remembered throughout the years. Together, we push each other to better understand our world while building a sense of community and place within its boundaries.

My journey into education was first rooted in my experiences at a camp in New Hampshire. I learned the value of skill building, teamwork, and inquizativeness tucked amoungst the great pines lining Lake Ossipee. Ecology became central to my life over the years. I've led teenagers on alternative education trips throughout the American West and abroad. I even led month long adventure-based educational trips for college credit through Miami University. Later, I pursued my Bachelor of Science at Unity College in Environmental Education before receving my Masters in Teaching for Social Justice though Marlboro College.
